Orders and Returns
When you place an order with Tomorrow's Harvest, we will attempt to expedite shipping and delivery dates based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Order processing and shipping dates will appear in the email order notifications you receive. Once you''ve placed your order, you will be able to see both shipping and delivery status in the relevant order summary in Your Account.
Shipping costs for orders from Tomorrow's Harvest depend upon the methods and options you choose. Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. In certain cases, to reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, weights may be rounded up to the next full pound.
You may return most items sold by Tomorrow's Harvest within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping cost if the return is a result of our error. Please note that we are unable to exchange items unless you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
We cannot accept returns of certain items, including:
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
- Any item that has been opened (taken out of its plastic wrap or repotted).
- Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts.
